My Review

This book started out on a sad note, Dell reliving his brother's death and I wondered where this story would go. I have to say it was a great read full of emotion, romance and of course some mystery and danger.

Dell's character is developed through the book, his sweet and tough and has to prove to his pack he can handle his new situation, and I found him rather wonderful. Anjali, she is a workaholic, her friend's death has put her in a position of responsibility, a trip to Hawaii is going to be a mini-break in the sun and an adventure she hadn't planned.

I had half expected Dell and Cynthia to get together at the beginning of the series as they really fire off each other, it's going to take a big man to take on Cynth!

These books always have a sizzle factor in, but in this book we have to wait longer for the bedroom scene as the story is pretty full.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book.

These books can all be read as standalones, but knowing the other characters that appear adds an extra dimension to the world they live in.

Diving into book 2 of this series, I was excited to see the shifters again. 

The start of the book had me so angry at the stupid man putting a Hailey in a difficult position and then making it worse by chasing her. Luckily Tim the bear shifter was around to lend a hand, and start the journey of you guess it... fated mates.

This book was very sweet, it had a good storyline, passion, lots of emotions along with a mother that needs telling to butt out, in the nicest possible way of course.

I really like Hailey, she knew what she didn't want, and soon learns what she really wants and it has fur. Tim isn't high in the pecking order of shifter world and has to follow orders to an extent, but when it comes down to mates, the rules go out the window.

An entertaining, warm and furry read with passion.

My Review

This series just gets better, I have to say this is my favourite so far!

Hunter is a bear shifter and has know that Dawn the sexy and strong Police officer is his mate, his known for years but his a bear shifter and she is a human it could never be.

Dawn is a heroine you will like, she loves her work as a police officer, she is pulled to Hunter and is inquisitive to the set up at the big mansion. If you are reading books in order (recommended) you will know Dawn had a shock at the end of book two, and has been avoiding the tempting Hunter ever since.

The was something different about this book that made it my fave of the series, maybe the fact that Hunter and Dawn had a history, so was more build up. Their first time together was delightfully sexy, and I loved reading about these characthers.

Set on a beautiful island with some beautiful men/shifters.

I thought of doing a statement/joke like 'what do you get when a wolf, dragon, bear and a tiger meet in a bar' - an entertaining start to a new series -but they don't meet in a bar they live in a book and in the book they live together and know each other well from serving in the forces - but sod it leaving it in! 

I loved the mixture of shifters, something for everyone. the author has given each a different personality, to tease us into wanting more. 

Kai is hot - literally hot, he's a dragon but he is also hot looking too as are most shifters. He recognises his mate straight away.

Tessa is running from a scary shifter. she is scared but settles quickly into the shifters home. She's a fiery charatcher, doesn't like being told what to do. She feels connected Kai.

Okay its fated mates, so feelings move quickly. 

It is not the longest of books (200 pages) so can read in one night if you're like me.

I enjoyed this story and the setup for future books.

Will be adding book 2, wonder which shifter it will be about!

MY REVIEW

Soren has featured through all the other couples stories, so his book has been building slowly. In the end of book 2 Soren got a surprise the love of his life was alive and well, very well indeed, she was pregnant - his bear did a happy dance, but the man stormed off. 

Sarah was presumed dead, even though I expected her to appear at some point. She is a really nice calm characther, she is scared, she's being chased by a group who want to hurt her but doesn't really know why. She's arrived at Blue Moon saloon and its the safest place for her to be.

Soren struggles to be near her to begin with, but with Jess and Janna mooning over her its an impossible task keeping away, she's in the cafe, in the bar, in the apartment and now in his office!

Sarah isn't pushing herself onto Soren, she wants to press her body to his but just doesn't quite know how he feels.

Sarah is his mate so its only a matter of time until they finally get together.

I really enjoyed this book, Soren the big moody bear gets his women and I'm happy about that.

My Review

Janna met Cole in book 1 and it was obvious she liked him, but his a human so there's no future there not if she wants peace, as the pure blood squad always seem to be about to spoil someone's happiness.

Jess and Simon from book one are totally loved up and it's very cute, but this book is about Janna. Janna is finding it harder to keep away from Cole, she cant understand why? Cole is going through a tough time, his moods are all over the place and his feeling very possessive over Janna, his always liked her but this is something else.

I loved book 1 and I loved this book too, Janna is a good character and Cole is her perfect match and the story of how they get together is a read you will enjoy.

The link to book 3 is totally annoying as I'm now desperate for to read it.

My Review

Onto the book.

Jessica and her sister are trying to find somewhere safe they can settle down, they come across a small town that looks perfect, it's a mixture of humans and shifters, the shifters are under Ty's control his the Alpha and his fair but I have a feeling his fierce too!

Jessica is a wolf shifter and she is hurting, the man she loved deserted her and then her clan was killed by the blue bloods who have it in their heads that shifters have to stick with shifters of their own kind.

Simon and Soren are bear shifters, big and burly they are running the local saloon, but need some help, the place needs a woman's touch.

When Tina, Ty's sister introduces the sisters to the brothers Jessica is shocked to see the man that deserted her running the bar.

What entails is a mixture of ignoring each other, pining, the odd touch, keeping it professional, I wondered if either would ever give in and talk things through, luckily Soren makes them eventually.

I found the characthers enjoyable to read about, the author lets us get to know them before they get down to the nitty-gritty! 

The story line was interesting, I definitely don't like the blue bloods.   There is some fighting and other dangers mixed into the story to keep it exciting.

It is my first book from this author and I have a feeling it's a spinoff series from checking out other books.

I will definitely be reading more from this author as I enjoyed this story.
