Review Post - To Trust a Wolf (Unnatural Alliances #1) by Danielle Hardgrave #review #freebook #pnr

To Trust a Wolf (Unnatural Alliances #1)
by Danielle Hardgrave

Blurb

A list of things Helen Jurist never expected to see in her museum:

1. Viking relics
2. A dangerously seductive Dane with a suspicious interest in Viking relics
3. Werewolves

With the discovery of the Cutler Hoard, Helen may be forced to strike the word “never” from her vocabulary.

My Review

Helen is a rather normal main characther and I found her quite refreshing, she's not shown as a perfect woman, she is attractive and intelligent - maybe I should reverse that intelligent and attractive!

She has too much work on, planning a gala and organising a display of Viking relics, then the boss adds more work showing some rich dude around the relics.

Rune, really adds some interest to the pages - he is a perfect male specimen and that's not a bad thing to Helen, she just about manages to stay professional until a dinner invite.

The story really ramps up at the gala and in my honest opinion I would have liked it drawn out a little more.

I really took to Rune but have to say I'm very intrigued by Benji!

I found this a fun and quick read, it's a good introduction to a series and I have started book 2 already.
