My Review
You have two broken hearts meet. One a shifter the other a human. One is pained but trying to get on with life the other is blatently rude and pushes everyone away and secludes himself.
Josie is a tough cookie, she finds Jaxson intriguing, thinks his gorgeous but oh my god so damn horribly rude. She can see through his tough demeaner and won't give in on helping him.
Jaxson, widowed four years ago stil blaming himself for not protecting his love, his woman. In his mind his best away from everyone else including his family and the annoyingly gorgeous woman who has moved into town.
We learn about the history of the wolf clans in this book and meet some of the other wolfs, I found Lucas rather charming!
Jaxson and Josie relationship is sweet and sexy.
For a shorter book this really drew me in to the life at grey wolf, I look forward to reading more.
