MY REVIEW

Roses and Tetburn Manor are dominating Vivienne's dreams. 

Caleb is a vamp, he's happy with his lot in life/death, until one day his body does something abnormal.

It appears that fate is pulling these two together. 

This was a quick read, but nonetheless an enjoyable PNR book.

****My Review****

Gunnar a vampire and bodyguard, has been hurt and is in the hospital which sucks, to make it worse his nurse is hot and she is off limits.
Nadia is a nurse, she lives among humans but her life is different, there's no dating for her - she has to wait to be matched by the mating council in a goblet ceremony. She won't be mated to someone out of her social bracket..... Yes, it's not PC that's for sure, but these are vamps and have their own ways.
Theirs is a Forbidden romance so along with their longing for one another comes with angst and danger
I found this an entertaining read, the vampire world is different to many I have read before and that makes it interesting. The author does some good world building and her characters are likeable. Gunnar and Nadia do have instant attraction/lust/love, but that is common in PNR and I have no issue with that.
I will be reading more in this series.
